MAN IS A SPIRIT, AND CANNOT DIE
Text: Revelation 20:1-15
And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Ma-gog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged every man according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Today I have a mystery to reveal to you. Many a time I go back with what I bring to this place because I notice that most of you come here for prayers. All what you need from me is to speak in order to satisfy your carnal desires. Who among you knows that all that you do in the world cannot save you? Even if you deposited your money in all the Banks of the world, they are of no use to you. Even if you are made a King of the whole universe, it is of no avail to you. Even if people are set aside to carry your shoulder high wherever you are, it means nothing.
What I have brought to you is the wisdom of truth. If you sit down and receive these words you will have all what you required in life. Now the whole world is likened to oil floating on top of water. There is only one thing that disturbs the whole world and that is what I brought to you this evening. What do you think of your brother and sister who died, where do you think they are? Do you think they go to Lagos or are inside water, or do you think they are where no one can see them?
Because it seems to me that your whole mind is focused on what shall I eat and wear. What of tomorrow, if I die, what will become of me? Now I want to bring you home. There is a second thing that worries you, that is, many people think that when you do good or bad you have to die. That is why you accumulate wealth for your children, you feel you will die. Do you think people die, or when they die, where do they go, the whole world is wondering. Even the Europeans do not know what happens after death. I want you to come home because the fear of death had gripped the whole world. To where do you think a person goes when he dies? What kind of life is indicated by the fact that when you die you go off?
It appears the terminology 'Dead' or die is wrong. If you had known you would not have used the word dead. Adam did not attain the accurate knowledge of truth. It was only half education, likewise our Lord Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit, who had come to lead the whole world to the accurate knowledge of the truth, is the Holy Father. This is a very important subject; for the whole year I will not finish the interpretation of the word "dead." Now, I am going to deal with the predominance of dead. I am in all fields of human life. I can look at you and know all about you and your movement. The whole world is blind and deaf. The world can be likened to a man who has never been to Britain but he tells you that he wants to lead you to Britain. How will he know it and how is he going to lead you to Britain?
I just want to give you a riddle. If you stay in a Science class where all things have to be proved but you see a matured man buried; now, the question is, how did he come into this world? How did man come as a being into this world, just as we are? Did he come out of the water, soil or tree? All mature persons come into the world with no teeth. When a woman is pregnant for one month; it is a mere blood. You have never stopped for a moment to think how this child is born into the world. How did he come about? Was it pushed into the mother's womb through the arms or mouth?
It Is Sand That Is Buried
It is not easy to notice pregnancy for one month or two until the stomach begins to bulge out. The pregnant woman begins to develop appetite for different types of food. All the food is required by the spirit to cover up its membranes. Do you call the sand that you put back into the grave a man? As you sit here you do not know that you were habilitated or made in the woman's womb for nine months. Even when you were living there in the womb your spirit was moving about doing wonderful works on earth. Do you people mean that God dies?
That is somebody you clothe with water, blood and flesh, therefore, when he returns, the spirit departs and his flesh is returned to the earth. One of our sisters at Ibom had her first son who died but when she travelled by ferry to Calabar, she saw the son who died in the ferry. That son of hers was a scout master; and he met the mother in the ferry. The flesh we put on is a shell, but your real self cannot be seen with the carnal eyes, that is why it is said that it is impossible to see God with the naked eyes.
I Exist In All Planes At The Same Time
God said, let us make man in our own image and likeness. Human beings are the image of God, who is spirit. As spirit, man takes diverse forms; he is fire, tree, fish or whatever form he decides to take. As you see me physically here, if you go now to the sun, moon, stars and all the planets, you will see me physically as I am standing before you at the same time. The same lecture I give to you now is the same lecture I give in all these various planets. Therefore, if you were to project into other planes and tell or inform them that I lecture you physically here on the earthly plane, they will also tell you that I lecture them physically in their various planes.
Do you realize that as I established physically here at Calabar, I also established physically at America, London, India, Russia, Ghana and all over the universe. Have you not heard that in America I delivered lecture physically to 500 people and people there saw me as you are seeing me now? In Calabar many of you see me in your houses both physically and spiritually. I visit many people in Calabar in the flesh and give them a hand shake. Now where do think I am: in heaven or on earth? Another question is, when our Lord Jesus Christ gave up the spirit, where did he go, to heaven or to hell?
Man Is A Spirit
Man has no idea concerning the fact that he is the image of God and that he is a spirit. And so man is indestructible because spirit cannot die. Now this wisdom of truth is being imposed upon you. The shell or the flesh is the mud-building or house of sand where the word or spirits dwell. And this spirit can take any form at will. For example you have a lot of close friends here in Calabar; and while you are on transfer to Aba, your friends will become sad because you are no more with them physically in the flesh but the people at your new station at Aba will be waiting for you with happiness.
Apart from this earthly plane, there are many worlds and cities in the universe. The mud-house is lifeless, its only source of power is the spirit. What you term or call death is when the spirit, departs from the mud-building. When the spirit leaves the mud-building or the flesh, he can travel to London or any part of the world and stay with the people there physically and do all things. The spirit who owns the flesh is omnipresent while the mud-house is stationary. The flesh is made of water, blood and earth therefore when the life- giving spirit departs, the flesh falls and is decomposed. Therefore never you cry and mourn when somebody is translated. Have you forgotten the statement of our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross when he said, "Father into thy Hands, I surrender my spirit." Immediately he left the mud-building or the sand on the cross and went to his Father. After three days and nights, he came back to the mud-building or the flesh and was resurrected.
When members of mystical organization or occultist boast of their power to stay in Nigeria and attend meetings in America, Russia, India or any part of the world they had never travelled in the flesh but in the spirit. You can kill the flesh when you subject yourself to fasting and prayer. The earthly house of sand will emaciate or dry up completely. You will not be able to fight, quarrel, fornicate or indulge in sin particularly when you observe dry fasting for three days or more.
I want the church denominations to support their claim in the Bible where it is said that when somebody dies, he goes to heaven or hell. Have you not heard of a testimony from the brethren in the Main Land parts of the Cross River State, that after their normal fasting on Thursday, there was a feast. When the sharing of the feast was going on, a small girl was caught by the Holy Spirit and she prophesied that feast should not be given to a brother and a sister who were physically present with their full robe. After the feast, the small young girl revealed that the two visitors should be escorted to their home.
When they were escorted to a certain point, the girl revealed that two people, a brother and a sister should pray and whoever opens his or her eyes his blood will be upon him or her. Immediately, the prayers ended and they said 'Amen'. They saw a tombstone one for a man and another for a woman and the two visitors they escorted were no more seen. These tombstones were not there when they started to pray. This story reveals conclusively to you that nobody dies. All those people you claim to die are working physically with you in your different departments, company, firm and other establishments. They are trading with you in the market. They travel with you in the train, motor car, aeroplanes and many other forms of transportation. Many people who attend our Pentecostal assembly come from different planes. Some from the sun, moon, stars, water, forest, air, and other invisible and visible planes. Some of them will tell you they come from the Rivers State. Therefore you will not go in details to ask him who is your father and mother. It is the fear in you that if a person travels out of the mud-building and returns back in the same family, the fear in you will not allow you to associate freely with them. That was why Christ said that in His Father's house there are many mansions, just like a person in a prison custody to comes out and enjoy some social amenities like his counterparts who are not in prison custody.
Man is not given the wisdom to understand the secrets of nature. The entire world is gripped with the fear of death, even if your child, who died many years ago comes back to tell you that he is the one, nobody will believe him. Human beings have absolute belief and faith in fetish, witchcraft, witches, mermaid, juju and other worldly influences. Some of the Brotherhood member will believe that since they became Brotherhood such worldly influences do not have power over them but they really believe in the existence of witches, witchcraft, juju and demon. I tell you such things do not exist; they are mere illusions.
There is a place in Ibo land called 'Jerimo' where all those who were supposed to have died live physically on this earthly plane. If you are a Thomas, go there you will see your great grand father, mother, relations and some who went on transfer many years ago. When you get to the scene only call the name and he or she will answer you and tell you everything about your family but you will turn your back against him. If his face and your face meet together, you will drop dead at the spot.
When in your dreams you see your father, mother son or relatives that died many years ago, do you not believe that they are physically living on this earthly plane? So many people who died in London are living physically in Germany, India or any part of the world doing their normal business. Many people who passed away in Nigeria are in Ghana and other parts of the world, doing their normal business. Some of them have their estates there, married and have children but at the fullness of time, God will reveal all of them to you. And each of them will return physically to his original place of birth. There is eternal punishment for all sinners but there is no death. No man dies, because man is spirit made in the image and likeness of God. Therefore, since God does not die, his image or man or the word in man, cannot die. What decomposes is the sand that God breathed into, which is composed of blood, water and other ingredients.
That is why when the real owner of the house leaves the house of sand, during sleeping stage you find yourself in the spiritual world doing your normal business; and in that state, you are omnipresent. When a person dies, he is travelling with all his loads to his Father. Therefore, when his relations, will shout, mourn and lament, if he hears their voice, he will go away and enjoy life somewhere, in other planes.
This earthly plane, is the dream land but the real world is the spiritual world or what you call the dream land. That is where the real life exists. When the hour for somebody to be translated from the earthly plane to the spiritual world is due, an announcement would be made in the spiritual world and the angel of death will be commissioned to come and escort the person to his real home. Now I ask all of you, what preparation do you all make for the new world? All your preparation and endeavours are for the material things of this earthly plane that you will soon leave behind. What preparation have you made for the new world?
The spiritual life can be compared to a strange person who goes to Lagos and does not know how enjoyable life is in Lagos. Life is more enjoyable in the spirit than in the flesh. As you live in the flesh, you are subject to troubles left and right but in the spirit, there is absolute peace and joy.
Revelation 20: 13-14
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works; And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
What do you think happens to a wicked person who wants to confess all the sins he committed before he dies? What does he see? To whom does he recount all those sins? It is the Almighty God. There is a veil now that prevents us from seeing the Holy Spirit face to face. It is exactly as we all stay inside the Bethel now, we do not know exactly what happens outside. And if you go outside you will know exactly what happens there, whether it is day or night.
The angels of God control all people on transfer or translation; some of them are detained inside the forest, some at the depth of the sea, or in some other planes. The angels cannot allow the living soul on the earthly plane to see and recognize those who were on transfer. Until the angels of death are destroyed and disarmed before we can see the dead, face to face.
Revelation 6:8
And I looked and behold a pale horse; and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
Until the angels controlling death and hades are no more, then the sea, death, hell, and other planes will give up the dead that were in them. There is a certain place you normally visit daily and you all are familiar with those places. It is your habitation sometimes in your dream, you go to India, America, hades, sun or moon, you have been there also physically, but you do not know. Sometimes somebody you never knew will come and tell you that you had a familiar face, that he met you once in Lagos, ignorantly you will argue that you never gone to Lagos since you were born. That person is quite right because he saw you physically in Lagos. Why then do you have faith in the flesh that is sand and a temporary building? Flesh or earthly house cannot reveal God. It is only the spirit that can reveal God to you.
Whatever is your achievement, the spirit is responsible because the spirit departs from the earthly house of sand, which will fall and is decomposed to manure. As Brotherhood of the Cross and Star spreads like wild fire throughout the entire world, there are people here in Calabar who have never heard of the name Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, nor seen any Brotherhood of the Cross and Star while on procession in Calabar because they are in a different world even though they are your next door neighbour. People in different church denominations are also in different worlds; that is why one church will never agree with another as none understands what another one is doing. Juju doctors, necromancers, members of different secret societies are also in different worlds.
Therefore all those who cry and mourn when somebody goes on transfer, have not attained the accurate knowledge of truth. They are still in the elementary doctrine of Christ. The term death is a wrong language, rather it is 'translation' or 're-assignment' to other planes. I have told you that when somebody is born into this earthly plane that is the time, he is dead but when the earthly house of sand falls, and the spirit departs, that is the time he is born anew. That is the reason you see a newborn baby cry immediately he is born because he is dead, and has come to the place of sin and suffering.
ILLUSTRATION
There was a man who was deadly sick and his relatives went to the soothsayer to find out what was responsible for his illness. The method of investigation was that, the juju priest will give the man who went for investigation some concoction to drink and pass into another plane. He drank the concoction but at the appointed time he was expected to gain consciousness he was still dead. They waited for many hours and he never gained his consciousness and the man who gave the concoction said that he had never had such experience since he started his operation.
The relatives who went for investigation were in a dilemma thinking of the sick person at home and also the man who dropped dead at the necromancer's house. The relatives who went for investigation decided to kill the native doctor, if he fails to make their brother gain consciousness. The necromancer was so surprised because he has never had such an experience. At 10 o'clock in the morning he woke up and the relatives enquired to know what he saw about the sick man at home. He said "he saw nothing."
When he stayed for some minutes, he narrated his experience in other planes to them. He told them that he was arrested by the spiritual police and detained. He said immediately he went into the spiritual world, he heard the police say, "behold the man, arrest him." When he enquired what he did, he was told that he broke the head of a boy while he was on the earthly plane and as a result the boy died. And so he was arrested and detained to defend himself. His file was brought before him and all the sins he committed on this earthly plane were recorded. And over there, they have all institutions as we have in the flesh. Finally, he warned all of them never to commit sin, because they will be arrested by the spiritual police for discipline.
When somebody says that, malaria had killed other people or had any trouble with any other person, when he sleeps, the spiritual police will arrest him and detain him. He will never return again to the earthly house and after three days, the sand is buried but the real owner of the house is waiting for trial in the spiritual world. It is for this reason that many people refuse to go into surgical operations because they know the type of sin they have committed, so that spiritual police might not arrest them.
When one goes in for surgical operation, some drugs will be given to him, and he will pass into the spiritual world, if he had committed a mortal sin, he will be arrested and thrown into prison and he will never come back to enter the earthly house. Those on this plane will assume, he is dead, while he is in spiritual imprisonment awaiting trial. The only passport and visa that can enable us to travel successfully throughout all planes without any molestation is love for one another.
How A Spirit Becomes Flesh
Brethren, according to the divine plan of the Almighty God, when any spirit wishes to visit this earthly plane, the only channel he must pass through is the womb of a woman. He will remain in the womb for nine months and undergo certain development before, he comes through the vagina into the earth plane. Sometimes he may decide to stay inside the womb for a year, two or more before he comes out. Before ever the spirit enters into the womb of a woman, he will enter into the covenant with the parents whether, he will be a boy or girl. When the spirit finally is born into the world, he will suffer according to the sins, he committed. Therefore the womb of the woman is the spiritual grave where all spirits pass into the world. For instance if somebody in your family dies and you give him a mark before he is buried, he will come back with that same mark or the same sickness that sent him on transfer. We are all led to the accurate knowledge of truth and so it is our responsibility to refrain completely from all vices. If we were to be convinced that there is no death, then, we will live a righteous life and love one another.
Whatever you were in your first incarnation, will repeat itself in your subsequent incarnations. That is why your works follow after you, all the good things you do follow after you, and all the vices and evil things also follow after you, in all your incarnations.
John 5: 25-29
Verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live; For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; And hath given him authority to execute judgement also, because he is the Son of man; Marvel not at this; for the hour is coming in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice; And shall come forth; they that have done good unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
Of all the world and planes created by God, the earthly plane is the smallest. When many of you fear and do not want to die, I really laugh at your ignorance.
Philippians 1: 15-26
Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will; The one preach Christ of contention not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds; But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel; What then? notwithstanding every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached, and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice; For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the spirit of Jesus Christ; According to my earnest expectation and my hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death; For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain; But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour; yet what I shall choose I wot not; For I am in a strait betwixt two; having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better; Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you; And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith; That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again.
Why was the mind of Paul divided into two, because he knew that there was no death. If he was afraid of death, he will have only one mind. To live, you are living with our Lord Jesus Christ and when you die, that is the time you see Christ face to face and you also stay with him. Why then do you fear death? What special abode do you make for the death, when Christ is omnipresent.
Revelation 14: 13
And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth; Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours: and their works do follow them.
When you say the person is dead and gone, what really follows after him? The blood, water that go out of a person when the spirit departs from the earthly house, where do they go to? Another question is, how did the water, blood and the spirit enter into the earthly house? The answer is that, it is the mystery of nature. That is why we say, there are three that bear witness on earth; the spirit and water and the blood and these three agree in one; and they represent God in the flesh or the spirit. ( 1 John 5:7-8)
Anytime the spirit departs from a person, he dies; and all the blood and water will depart immediately from the body. This process continues with us; because the blood and water that departs from a man when spirit vacates the house, still come back to the same man, when he incarnates. Even the saliva we spit out from the mouth, still comes back into your mouth. There is no need to discuss this with you in detail because you are not worthy. The lecture I deliver to you is so advanced. It is just like screening in the Television that a little time it vanishes and you forget about what was screened. Therefore many of you, though you are hearing me, do not comprehend what I am actually telling you. God has his own ways of doing things, he is a mysterious God, the more you investigate to know, the less knowledge you have about His ways. The more you conduct research and investigate to discover the existence of God, the more stupid and ignorant you become.
Brethren, there is no weapon in this world that can kill a man or poison him, it is only the earthly house that falls, but the spirit being God, goes back to the owner. This spirit is indestructible, the only thing God can do to it, is to cast it into eternal hell fire. There is no other thing God can do to the spirit than that; because spirit cannot die; and the soul will also be cast into everlasting fire. Do not harden your heart in sin, because there is eternal punishment, but there is no death.
Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone which is the second death.
Have you heard the text read out to you? Since the spirit is the likeness of God, only everlasting fire will consume him forever. Since people mistakenly say let me die so that I may go and rest, brethren I am assuring you that there is no rest for a sinner on this earthly plane or in other planes forever.
John 9: 4
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day; the night cometh, when no man can work.
Right now when it is day, you are admonished to refrain completely from sin; because if you die in sin, your soul will enter into eternal punishment. I am not recognized, feared, honoured in this world as it is done in the spiritual world. In the spiritual world, when the spirits, angels, hear of my arrival, all of them bow and cover their faces on the ground. Everything in the spiritual world stands still and in perfect silence when the Holy Father, Leader O.O. Obu appears. Even the wind, does not blow when I want to address the spirits and angels in the spiritual world. There is no spirit or angel who does not know that I am here with you on this earthly plane; but it is unfortunate that human beings do not recognize the Holy Spirit in our midst. Every object in the spiritual world is inscribed O.O. Obu because He is the Sole Spiritual Head, but on the earthly plane it is not so.
Luke 16: 19-30
There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores. And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed; so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us that would come from thence. Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house: For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets: let them hear them. And he said, Nay, father Abraham; but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. The Earthly House Of Sand Does Not Stand Before The Judgement Seat Of God, But The Spirit, Abraham, the rich man and Lazarus were once on the earthly plane and their work followed after each one of them. When people come to Brotherhood of the Cross and Star they have peace but outside Brotherhood, they suffer diverse tribulation, anguish and death. The earthly house of sand does not stand before the judgement seat of God but your spirit does. That is why the scriptures say, if we live our lives according to the flesh we must die; (Rom 8:13) but if we mortify the flesh and live in the spirit, we shall have life and peace. Sometimes a person will complain that fire is burning him, and you touch his body, his temperature is high. The reason is that, his sins and his soul and his spirit are going through hell fire in the spirit.
Therefore the punishment also reflects to the earthly house of sand. All souls that sin must go to eternal hell. Since the spirit cannot be shot with gun or cut with matchet, he is cast into eternal fire. All those who commit suicide only destroy the earthly house of sand but the spirit and soul appears before the judgement seat for committing murder. Therefore, nothing can kill man, not even gun, atomic bomb, suicide or death. These materials can only destroy the earthly house of sand but not the image of God in man. The flesh which is water, and blood are only decomposed.
Matthew 25: 41-42
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
All human beings are spirits. That is why immediately you leave your house with the intention to know Leader of Brotherhood, He, being the Sole Spiritual Head, knew your mission; and before you arrive here, He changes His form and you cannot identify Him. Sometimes the Leader of Brotherhood will appear like a very old man and sometimes He will appear to be a public school boy. He changes His form at will because He is spirit.
